When we have received a visitor's reconfirmation, reservation is decided.
When we have not received a visitor's reconfirmation, we cannot accept the visitor's application of reservation.
Please keep in mind that we cannot reserve a room when we have no vacancy at the day a visitor wished to stay.
About a reservation, a change of a reservation, and cancellation, please let us know it for less than one week by telephone directly.
We are sorry to trouble you, but if check-in of your stay that day becomes after 5:00, please contact us in advance.
